So, its this saturday. The voting for what to do on the day ended up like this - Hancock 7, laing 0, baltic 6 so it was quite a close call between the places.

Actual plan.

Meeting time - 1pm

Meeting place - Central Station. Inside the main entrance just to one side. This time i will have some kind of home made poster announcing where I am.
My phone number has been noted out to almost everyone coming, so if anyone may be running behind / cant find please just drop a text, we'll wait for you / let you know where we are.


After we meet. Lets go grab a coffee and have a chat and quickly get an idea of who is who. Then we have decided to take a trip to the hancock. At previous meets this has always been a fun way for people to interact and get to know each other in a different setting. After this people will most likely be hungry, so lets go somewhere nice to get some food (suggestions would be nice, i dont know a lot of good inexpensive places in town)
This should be followed by the trip to a bar that deviantmeets usually end in, this of course means saying goodbye to any younger people who have come along for the day.
